Business Model

Nesbitt Enterprises, Inc. (NEI), a woman-owned small business providing resources to support organizations providing services in the public and private sectors. NEI is uniquely qualified to perform a variety of tasks and brings a wealth of experience in HIV/AIDS prevention, intervention, and capacity building that spans over the past 20 years.

The firm, under the leadership of Cheryl Nesbitt, has been at the forefront of providing services of the Ryan White CARE Act since its’ inception, and has extensive working knowledge and experience with Ryan White Title 1 and Ryan White Title II programs. Moreover, NEI currently performs services in many of the solicited areas.

NEI provides health promotion and disease prevention services to government, profit and non-profit clients throughout the United States and abroad in program planning, implementation, and program evaluation, specifically to address the myriad of needs at the community-level in the delivery of services to persons living with HIV/AIDS. Our approach to projects undertaken is sealed within three guiding principles: Commitment--Excellence--Timeliness.

Our highly skilled and culturally diverse staff have backgrounds in health and social sciences. We augment our core staff with a national network of subject area expert consultants. NEI and our consultants have experience with all populations, particularly those who are vulnerable and often underserved. Additional capability is achieved with other small businesses through the formation of strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaboration. Our ability to form effective partnerships to address specific client needs is a value-added component that NEI would bring to assigned tasks.

Attached are a series of documents outlining the experience, skills, and potential teaming partners Nesbitt Enterprises, Inc. could bring to complete the assigned tasks.
