Nesbitt Enterprises, Inc. (NEI), a woman-owned small business providing resources to support organizations providing services in the public and private sectors. NEI is uniquely qualified to perform a variety of tasks and brings a wealth of experience in HIV/AIDS prevention, intervention, and capacity building that spans over the past 20 years.


The firm, under the leadership of Cheryl Nesbitt, has been at the forefront of providing services of the Ryan White CARE Act since its’ inception, and has extensive working knowledge and experience with Ryan White Title 1 and Ryan White Title II programs. Moreover, NEI currently performs services in many of the solicited areas.
